VeyloDev ("we", "us", "our") is a brand operated by LINKARC SRL, a Romanian limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use veylodev.com, why we collect it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679).

2. What we collect
- Contact data — when you email us or submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message.
- Technical data — when you visit the site, our servers automatically log the IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This is standard web-server activity used for security and debugging.
- Cookies — we use only strictly necessary cookies (none for analytics, advertising, or tracking). See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To secure our infrastructure and detect abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, tax) — legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(c).
4. How long we keep it
- Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we have an active contract.
- Server access logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Contract and invoice records are kept for the duration required by Romanian fiscal law (currently 10 years).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver the site and respond to you:
- Our hosting provider (Contabo, Germany — EU)
- Email infrastructure (self-hosted on our Contabo server; outbound relay via Brevo SAS, France — EU)
- Romanian tax authorities, only when legally required
6. International transfers
All providers above are located in the EU/EEA or, where they aren't, operate under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- request correction or deletion
- object to or restrict processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro)
